Good County gravel road goes from the paved Highway 50 at the North, all the way South through the end of the property. This road ends on the South end of the property at a Mine. The Mine keeps the road maintained and plowed when in use, often year round. This is done at their expense and could change in the future. There is a locked gate at the north end of the property on the County road which we can lock. There are No Trespassing signs at that location. The gate is kept open when the Mine traffic is using it. They are ideal neighbors as they keep the road clear and give a presence to steer away trespassers. There are several dirt roads throughout the property to give access to most of the attractive areas of water, views, and future cabin sights.
There are several springs that hold water year round and attract a lot of Elk, Deer, and Antelope.
There are several gates on East, North, and West boundaries.
Entire property is fenced and cross fenced. Cattle have been run on the property in the past but we have focused on creating a better wildlife habitat. Grass is growing tall and has attracted elk and deer. The antelope herd changes but it's not uncommon to see 24 antelope on any given visit.
There is a fenced off solar well that fills 2 2000 gallon livestock tanks, which are kept full via a float and pump system. It keeps full all summer long and we drain it in the winter.
There are 12 potential designated cabin sites that allow for 6 total building sites in the best locations.
There is a Conservation Easement on the property.
The property is large enough to qualify for 3 Deer, 3 Elk, and 3 Antelope Landowner Applications each year for the GMU 67.
There are no utilities on the property.
