The Great Falls tract allows for hunting, timber management (cash flow), recreation and potential development. The adjacent 190 acre DNR tract would allow access to Cedar Creek Reservoir for fishing and paddling as well as other water sports. The timber has been thinned once (row thinning) and would be ready for another thinning today. The tract hosts plenty of hardwood and areas have been opened for food plots.
