244 +/- Acres to be offered in three tracts ranging from 35 to 139 acres, all with Audrain County Road 949 frontage. Located in Township 50N, Range 10W, Section 35 of Audrain County Missouri. TRACT 1: 35 +/- Acres is the smallest of the three tracts and lies in the northeast corner of the Bradley Farm. It has ACR #949 frontage all along the east side.
