Kulcak Farm

The Kulcak Farm is a 77 acre property located on FM 361 just southeast of Fairchilds. The property has frontage on both FM 361 (2,850 FF) and Boothline Road (+/-1,100 FF). It is currently used for row crop farming and it has an ag-use exemption. The land is level and does not appear to have and flood plain and no pipelines. This property is a developing area of Fort Bend County with a residential community, Vacek Country Meadows, being just north of this location. This property is well suited for residential development and is located within the very desirable Needville school district. A new survey will be required since this acreage is being divided out of as larger property.
