Sunshine Farms is 1272 acres of productive farmland outside Fort Stockton, Texas. Cotton, vegetables, alfalfa, this land will grow almost anything! There is also a caliche pit on the property, a 990 head feedlot, sheep pens, and 11 water wells producing over 4000 gallons a minute from either electricity or natural gas, giving the farmer the opportunity to produce the water at the cheapest possible rate each month. The additional revenue streams on the property are selling water and caliche into the neighboring oil field.
