Water
The property receives surface water deliveries from the Southern San Joaquin Municipal Utility District (SSJMUD) via turnouts 8-1-0, 8-1-2, and 8-2-2. In addition to district water, the ranch is supported by three deep agricultural wells:
Well 1: 547 feet deep, equipped with a 40 HP submersible pump, producing 250 GPM
Well 2: 795 feet deep, also equipped with a 40 HP submersible pump, producing 250 GPM
Well 3: 810 feet deep, equipped with a 200 HP pump, producing 1,500 GPM
The property also features a reservoir measuring approximately 224 ft x 108 ft, supported by two 50 HP booster pumps for enhanced water distribution.
