Hilltop Homestead

Hilltop Homestead is a 25-acre property located between Allen and Francis, OK. One way to describe the property would be to describe what we think the next owner wants to buy. For example, given the rural location, we think the next owner will be looking for some peace and quiet. We also think they will be looking for some freedom; the freedom to have animals, raise a garden, shoot a gun, or hunt a deer. They will probably want a mixture of open pastures on top, dense hardwoods in the creek bottom and a mixture of woods and meadows on the slope in between. There will be dogs, cats and probably some chickens, maybe even an old tractor in one of the sheds. Someone will shoot their first deer along the creek bank and many grand adventures will be had in this small patch of woods. It won't be perfect, but it will be theirs and they will love it.
