Two Quarters of CRP with Class IV soils. Both quarters are enrolled in the Conservation Reserve Program. The two contracts consist of one containing 155.43 acres expiring in 2032 and one containing 154.93 acres expiring in 2032. Together the contracts pay an annual payment of $9,393.
Cropland in the surrounding area is currently being utilized to grow corn, wheat, milo, and sunflowers. After the contract expiration, the land could be put back to cropland and used for production.
There is also a current wind lease with Orion Renewable Resources on both properties. They are in the seventh year and will pay $5/ acre (minimum payment of $1,500 per year) until year nine at which time the payment will increase to $8/ acre (minimum payment of $2,000).
A copy of the wind lease will be supplied at the request of any prospective buyer.
