This is an excellent low-fenced hunting ranch. The country is all native brush, except for a couple of small food plots. The ranch is mostly red sandy soil and good wildlife habitat.
Located about 5 minutes west of I-35 with frontage on Falsete County Road. The Millett exit is about 1 hour south of San Antonio, 6 miles south of Dilley and 10 miles north of Cotulla.
The water is very good. There are 2 Carrizo Aquifer wells; one has 10-inch casing and capable of pumping 300 gallons per minute, and the other has 6-inch casing and capable of delivering 200 gallons per minute.
There is also a large frac pond with a pier and 3 stock ponds. Water is piped to all of the stock ponds.
At the hunting camp there is a domestic water well, water troughs, cattle pens, and a fire pit. Other improvements include a 3,000 sq. ft. metal barn that already has water, plumbing and lights. The work has started for a barndominium, including a stairway and elevated deck on the west side. Next to the barn is a high fenced 5-acre foot plot. There are 5 hunting blinds and 7 feeders.
This La Salle Co. hunting ranch has been hunted and enjoyed by family-only for many years.
