Walker Ranch offers 6,221 acres of genuine Val Verde County ranch country that is private and scenic. Water: Three wells serve the ranch, two solar on the east side and one electric on the west side, feeding multiple water storage tanks and a distribution system that carries water to troughs throughout the property. A header dam and wet-weather creek bottoms on the west side provide additional surface water. Improvements: An established road system connects the ranch, accessible by ATV throughout. Electricity is provided by REA and ADP with a meter located at the west side camp. Two camps are present on the property. West side working pens are in place. Wildlife: A wildlife exemption is in place with a high fence on the west side near the highway. Whitetail deer quality is strong, with aoudad, dove, turkey, quail, and feral hog also reported on the property. Active hunting leases are current with a history of quality deer harvest.
