Plantings
Property was planted to Golden Hills budded pistachios on UCB-1 Rootstock in March of 2020. The trees were planted at 19 x 15’ spacing which equates to 154 trees per acre. This additional planting density should provide to the buyer potential additional nut production and enhanced income during the life of the ranch.
During pre-planting process, Seller did deep rip the property 6’ deep and amended the soil with Gypsum, Sulfur and compost. Trees have responded with robust early growth.
Water
A new well with filters was drilled in 2021 that has been tested and is reported at 3,500 GPM. There are also two (2) Westlands water meters on the south side of the ranch, which are connected to the filter station via 16? pipe.
