The farm is gently undulating to undulating and typical for the surrounding area.
Improvements:
There is a headquarters site with some old headquarters buildings, but they are not in use other than for some implement storage.
Lease:
The farm is leased for $165 per acre. The current tenant has the farm leased through the end of 2025.
