Keweenaw camp

Small wooded parcel at the edge of Ahmeek Village (pop 120 +-, abutting a nature preserve, on a paved, plowed Keweenaw County road (at the NE edge, Bollman St turns into Five Mile Point Rd.) Utilities available at the road. Offer includes 32" Jayco fifth wheel in excellent condition. (I will post pictures of its interior next week). It has been a camp and occasional guest house for me, but I no longer need it, and I'm hoping someone else can find pleasure in it. A few notes: 1) Ahmeek Village no longer allows people to "reside" permanently in trailers, so this set up would be for "occasional" use, which is how I have used it. 2) A man once did me a life-changing favor when I was in great need-- he sold me a piece of land on a contract which allowed me to rebuild a broken life. Accordingly, I extend the same to anyone interested in this piece; if it would help I'll sell it on a contract (asking price, 15% down, 5% over three years.)
