The parcel is currently in timber use for tax purposes and may require rollback taxes if converting some or all of the land to residential use. Some other key notes: * Land is off of the main road (Secretarys Sand) but has deeded right of way for a driveway. * With selective tree cleaning, beautiful mountain views to the West * 30 minute drive to City of Charlottesville; close to village of Scottsville * While the parcel is on a slope, there are multiple areas that are suitable for a home site. The original survey marks land already noted for septic and a home site. * There are no current utilities, but public electric lines are at the main road. We purchased this land to have a private spot to build a small hobby farm/homestead, but due to work commitments, we don't see a path to build on the land anymore.
