Location The ranch is situated 1/8 of a mile south of the intersection of Buchanan Road and S. Minturn Road in Le Grand, Merced County, CA. Water The property receives surface water deliveries from the Le Grand-Athlone Water District through a 10-year contract with Merced Irrigation District.
