(this cabin is on Forest Preserve land so you have a twenty year lease paid yearly with USDAFS (US DEPARTMENT of AGRICULIURE FOREST SERVICE) It's a use permit for recreation residences which is about $2,000 a year with a one time transfer fee of $1,321, There is also a $1,500 maintenance fee paid yearly which covers maintenance, gate fee, gravel, water and well fund.
