The Ladd 3.536-acre lot is easily accessible from east by taking State Road 121 into Laurel, Indiana, then taking West Pearl Street to the west which changes into Kokomo Hill Road. From Laurel travel approximately 3.5 miles and the property will be located in between the intersections of Kokomo Hill Road and Vickers Road. From the west, take State Road 52 to New Salem, Indiana, then east on County Road 450 South approximately 3.5 miles where it then changes to West Johnson School Road.
