The Strip

The Strip is a former landing strip located in Wetumka, OK. This 27-acre property has frontage on both Highway 9 and NS 381. It includes two houses and a shop building. The houses will require remodeling. Although it has not been used as a landing strip for many years, it has been maintained and mowed for that purpose. However, there may be a good opportunity to transform the property into a mobile home community or RV park. Most of the land is open and the landing strip would act as an ideal road bed for accessing the entire property. The two homes could be converted into either a owner home, rental unit or park office. The workshop would be ideal for storing equipment and supplies needed to upkeep the site.
