SEALED BID SALE – BID DEADLINE: NOVEMBER 19, 2025! The Loranda Group, Inc. is pleased to offer for sale the Woodard Trust Farm, approximately 204 acres located in Champaign County, IL. This property is being offered in two tracts and is unimproved. The farm is located 0.75 miles N of St. Joseph, or 6 miles E of Urbana and has no lease for the 2026 crop year. UPDATE: A survey was recently completed and the new acreages are as follows: Tract 1 – 171.48 and Tract 2 – 36.73. This parcel has 203.81 cropland acres (which includes 2.3 acres in CRP) and the predominant soils on the tillable acres are Flanagan silt loam and Drummer silty clay loam (P.I. – 140.9).
