The tract is located approximately 9 miles east of Manning, along Brewington Road (s-14-50). The tract consists of approx. 7.14 acres that is about one half open land and 1/2 wooded. The open land is a well kept lawn that fronts along the Brewington Road for approx. 500 feet. The house contains approx. 1677 square feet that has been recently updated. The AC system was updated in 2018 with new ductwork and a new air handler. The roof was replaced in 2020.
