Description

The historical T-Diamond Ranch owned by the Bryan family is being offered up for sale for the first time in over 100 years. The ranch was founded in the late 1800s along the Double Mountain Fork of the Brazos River. The view from the modern-day lodge is spectacular both day and night. During the day, the first thing you see from the pristine, picturesque glass windows on the front of the lodge is the Double Mountains of Stonewall County. It is like you can reach out and touch them. At night, you can view the millions of stars only seen in the dark West Texas sky. The ranch has had an intensive range and wildlife management program in place for the last 25-30 years, which has earned it a nationwide reputation. The ranch has received numerous awards and recognition for its management work from NRCS, FSA, Quail Research Ranch in Roby, Texas Tech Quail Research Programs, and has served as a field trip study area for most of these entities. Here are just a few of the things that set the T-Diamond Ranch apart from other ranches in this part of West Texas. -6000 square foot Lodge -Abundance of water, city, water lines, river, stock tanks, numerous water wells, two of which produce 150 gallons per minute each -600,000-barrel water supply frac pit -Abundance and quality of game: deer, quail, turkey, hogs, dove, ducks, and geese -Hwy 83 frontage -Very good road system -Commercial game cleaning facility -1000-yard shooting range -Potential multiple sources of income -Working cattle pens and 135 acres of cultivation -Electricity throughout the ranch Do not miss out on this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to own a historical piece of Texas history.
