Condor Avocado Ranch

Condor Ranch consists of 267.54 planted acres of avocado and lemon orchards located in the coastal foothill farming region of Ventura County, California. The ranch includes 182.38 acres of avocados (Hass and Lamb) and 85.16 acres of lemons (ESL2 and conventional), with a total of 37,834 trees planted between 2001 and 2015. Spacing varies by block, primarily 16' x 16' and 18' x 22'. Water is supplied by electrically powered wells and distributed through a micro-sprinkler irrigation system. Supporting infrastructure includes a reservoir, booster pumps, and filtration, installed in 2021. The property benefits from a coastal-influenced climate and is located within a region with established avocado and citrus production.
