The ranch is located approximately 35 miles South of Baker City, Oregon in Baker County The ranch contains approximately 1,700 deeded acres in two parcels. The main ranch contains 1,060 acres of which approximately 550 acres is irrigated. The irrigated land has approximately 200 acres of good flood and sub irrigated meadow and permanent pasture. The balance of the irrigated land is sprinkler irrigated with 7 pivots and a small amount of ground covered with a wheel line. Water is released from Higgins Reservoir and diverted to the Burnt River and pumped to the sprinkled ground.
