This property consists of 160 ± acres (per appraisal district). CRP and some native grass. Approximately 145 acres are enrolled in the Conservation Reserve Program at a rate of $31.00 per acre through September 30, 2030. There is good permanent fencing along the east side of the quarter-section. Five miles west of Dimmitt, TX along HWY 86 and two miles north, the quarter-section is accessible from CR 614. The owner states there are two wells on the property that have not been used by the current owner.
