Stay on Nixville Road 2.5 miles to Galatia Post Road; turn right. In just a couple 100 feet, turn left on Somers Church Road. Property will be 1.4 miles north on the right.

CLOSING: Closing shall occur within 45 days or as soon thereafter as applicable closing documents are completed.
