This farm offers it all-good water, grain storage, large cattle feeding facilities, and opportunities for additional agribusiness through seed production and seed cleaning. West Way Farms provides an excellent vertically integrated agricultural enterprise. Fifteen pivots filled by 17 irrigation wells produce a combined estimated total of 7,250 GPM. The grain elevator is a 10-bin system with a 763,500-bushel storage capacity along with 3 grain dryers. The seed cleaning elevator has 5 seed bins with a capacity of 86,000 bushels.
