Excellent natural Whitetail habitat with convenient access via Highway 35 located about 23 Miles Inland from the Lake Superior South Shore. This old school one-room cabin is in great shape and features a steel roof and is wired for a generator. The land is also backed up by hundreds of acres of Douglas County land open for hunting and hard to access from any other direction and the taxes are low. There are great locations to plant food plots, although the natural habitat and abundance of browse and natural forest foods hold plenty of Deer on the property, and the adjacent County Lands and the Ruffed Grouse are prevalent. The entrance road off the highway is in great shape, and the Cabin was built quite a ways in and appears to be where there was once a previous homestead back in the day. Its approximately a 20-minute drive to get up to the city of Superior, making it convenient for supplies and groceries. The property certainly could also be utilized as a new rural home building location. The terrain is very lightly rolling and is what Id consider Good Bush, consisting of Aspen, Balsam Fir, Pine, and Soft Maple with heavy undergrowth and bedding cover.
