Stubbs and Greer Tracts

This is three tracts of land that are being sold together. They have good highway frontage and the middle tract has a crossing on the railroad right of way that is suitable for most uses, including large trucks for logging, etc. They were mostly cut and appear to have been replanted with loblolly pines about 2 years ago. There is a railroad right of way running through the tracts. The larger tract does have some remaining older trees and a small beaver pond area on one edge. These properties are close in to the small town of McCall in Marlboro County, SC and offer recreational and hunting opportunities along with timber growth for the future or the possibility of a house site or development. The middle tract also has open agricultural fields that are actively farmed. The farm lease could continue into the future or be terminated after all crops have been harvested at the end of this season. They are in a great rural location about halfway between Bennettsville and Laurinburg. The parcels are shown as Marlboro County map and parcel 034-00-02-047 – 48.70 acres (Tract A), 034-00-02-046 - 29 acres (Tract B) and 034-00-02-045 – 31.34 acres (Tract C) in South Carolina. Note: Parcels A and C are owned by one family and Parcel B is owned by a separate individual. They are being sold together because Parcel B is the only one that has a crossing on the Railroad.
