Why This Property Stands Out
Properties of this caliber in Comanche County are increasingly difficult to find-especially those combining long-term CRP income, quality grass, and proven hunting. With both tracts located in a prime area and offering complementary features, this auction presents a rare chance to invest in land with both recreational and financial return.
