This level tract is situated right in the middle of productive, valley farm country. This is dryland, but water rights are being researched. Lots of irrigation in this area and all around this land. A mature tree row is the south boundary, running east and west. Currently wheat, but will soon be replaced with soybeans, and tenant will release after that, if he does not continue to farm for the buyer.
