The ranch is located on the southern edge of the Edwards Plateau, known throughout Texas for its abundance of whitetail deer, turkey and more recently free-range exotics. The cabin is 480 SqFt including covered porches. The cabin has a small solar panel system with battery backup, that can run the window unit and keep you nice and cool. Property is set up with water troughs and the containers to bring water into the property. There are 2 nice feeder and blind set ups, making this a turnkey hunting operation. Although there is no Wildlife or Ag Exemption on the property, taxes remain low and affordable. There are significant elevation changes creating multiple high locations with long range scenic views as well as several large canyons making the terrain rugged and scenic at the same time. Vegetation on the ranch is primarily live oak and cedar with a mixture of Edwards Plateau and south Texas brush. In addition to the abundant deer population found on the ranch, hunters will find Rio Grande turkey, feral hogs, quail, doves and free-range exotics such as Axis and Aoudads.
