Located just North of Fort Sumner in the heart of New Mexico ranch country, this 638 acre property offers wide-open spaces, good grass and easy access. The land is mostly level with very little elevation change, making it well suited for grazing and livestock use. The property is fenced on three sides and is currently under a grazing lease with a neighboring rancher. There is no oil production on the property.
