This unique property is located less than 30 minutes from Macon, GA and is suitable for hunting and long-term timber management. The larger power line bisects the tract, providing access and a location for food plots. The timber is currently reserved and will be harvest by December 2027, creating an opportunity to reforest the property. This harvest will allow for long-term timber management or even cleared for pastureland. A conservation easement will be in place to protect the natural resources, but will allow wildlife / timber management, and a single-family type structure.
