Fencing is good with high game-proof fencing around three sides. The northern boundary is the Concho River/O.H. Ivie Lake. This property offers excellent privacy with an entry road is well tended, private and is all deeded. Interior fencing is good with old fence rows left in place to provide shelter for a substantial quail population.
This part of North Central Texas is known to have a good bobwhite quail population, and Horse Creek Ranch is no exception with a strong 2025 hatch often leading to a view of bobs still in many sizes.
