The lodge is spacious with individual guest rooms with their own restrooms extending out each side of the main lodge down two separate wings and private entries for each guest. There is also a house for the ranch hand and another for the biologist. There is a shop building and set of horse stables also near the main lodge.
The low fence pasture which lies in the back of the ranch is approximately 3903.67 acres, there is a 696.91 high fence pasture for exotics, which has some nilgai and a few other species in it but just a handful of anything really. The remaining 2871.53 acres is the house pasture and home to the trophy whitetail which also consist of 4 Deer Management Pens for herd improvement.
Ranches of this size are just becoming more and more rare these days but add the incredible wildlife and diversity, it is just unmatched. There is world class bass fishing right down the road at Falcon Lake. Truly an outdoorsman dream and blessing!
