Location, location, location! As the first map shows, this property is located within a couple minutes drive via sunset Street to all of the main arterial streets of Roseburg. So in just a few minutes you can be in downtown Roseburg, dining on Garden Valley Blvd, or shopping or going to the hospital or doctors offices on Stewart Parkway. The main access to the property is from the south, at the north end of the current Sunset Street (which street and 30-lot subdivision were built around 2006).
