Terrain: Rising to 2,562 ft Sugar Loaf Mountain is the dominant feature of this property. Ranch drops in all directions down to below 1,000 ft. Ranch has numerous terrain features such as draws, spurs, saddles which creates much diversity of terrain on the ranch.
Water: Ranch has 2 ponds and several wet weather creeks.
Game: Whitetail Deer, Bear, Eastern Wild Turkey, Hog and non-game species such as Bobcat, Coyote, Fox also reside on the ranch. Leflore County is one of the top 5 deer counties in Oklahoma with 2,390 Deer killed in 2019. Leflore county also dominates the Black Bear category, leading Oklahoma in total harvest every year in Oklahoma's modern Black Bear season. The ranch sits just on the edge of open fields that gives away to the mountain landscape to the east which creates perfect habitat for the flow of deer to the valleys and fields at night and back to the east for the safety of the rough terrain and cover.
