This place seems sort of like a hidden gem. Its quiet out here. Theres good access to power to most of these properties. There are some homes and ranches, but its spread out. The roads are well maintained and the brush is primarily mesquite. Tucumcari and Santa Rosa are the two closest towns. The vibe in the county is very quiet. The people seem friendly. No signs of vagrancy or vandalism.
Given its proximity to Amarillo, Albuquerque and Santa Fe, this area is a great investment opportunity or a place to get out of town for awhile.
