The Harless Ranch covers 11,669 acres (a little over 18 sections) of prime grazing country, divided into multiple pastures and traps for efficient livestock management. The ranch features two good water wells tied together with a pipeline system, providing reliable water across the property. It has been well-rested, leaving the ranch ready for immediate use. Wildlife is abundant, with healthy populations of oryx, antelope, and mule deer. The ranch holds a yearlong grazing allotment for 206 head of cattle, making it a turnkey operation for livestock and hunting alike. We will have more pics coming soon as well as drone footage. The ranch is in a conservation easement already therefore will remain a ranch for years to come no worries of solar or wind turbines coming in and subdividing ready to be passed down for generations to come.
