With a combination of open ground and small hardwood stands, this property is perfect for the deer or turkey hunter wanting to get away from it all. While there is not rural water or electricity on site, there's plenty of open ground for multiple campers and food plots. Two small creeks flow through the property during the wet season. No legal easement exist for the property but can probably be obtained if desired. Road use permission has always been granted by the local timber companies as well as access through the two secure gates. Because access is through locked gates, showings must be scheduled several days in advance. The southside of the property is adjacent to Honobia Creek Wildlife Management Area so this would be a great place for not only hunting, but camping if you hunted the WMA.
