Payne Ranch

The Ranch reflects a good winter rangeland and recreational property located in western Colusa County. Currently under a Williamson Act Contract, so taxes will remain low. The ranch consist of several ponds and a couple of seasonal streams with elevations ranging from 1,100 to 2000 ft.
