TERRAIN AND VEGETATION: The ranch features loamy soils and is predominantly covered in Gramma grass, sand drop seed, some Tabosa grass appearing closer to the creek and many more species of grasses and brouse. The valley is bordered by rugged mesas, providing stunning panoramic views and a heaven for wildlife. Vegetation includes a moderate scattering of Juniper and Cedar trees, increasing in density on the surrounding mesas.
