There are 131.41 acres of FSA designated "cropland", of which 120 acres were cash rented in 2024 at $130/acre for an annual income of $15,600. The long-term tenant was down-sizing his operation in 2025 and this farm was a ways from his home base so he let the lease go, and the farm was fallow in 2025, meaning there is some great cover on the entire farm right now! It can easily be put back into crop production in 2026 and we are happy to help a new owner make contact with a potential new farm tenant in the area.
