Adams County - N 1200th Ave, Camp Point, IL
Located north of the Kellerville blacktop sits a very secluded and private hunting tract that checks all the boxes for a serious whitetail hunter. The property lies east of Five Points and is accessed by a half-mile easement road with a solid gravel base, making it easy to get to year-round no matter the weather.
As soon as you pull onto the property, you'll realize you're in the right spot for chasing mature whitetails. The road comes into the south-central part of the farm, giving you great access to both the east and west sides.
There are about 18 acres of tillable ground with open farm tenancy for the 2026 crop year, expected to bring in around $3,600 annually. Two hidden coves on the east side set up perfectly for food plots or box blinds and would make great grain or green plots. There are two redneck blinds with towers on property currently.
The west side has several hillsides planted to warm-season grasses, with cedar thickets wrapping around the edges for ideal bedding cover. There's also a one-acre alfalfa plot in the west-central part of the farm and a small hidden plot up north. A half-acre pond nearby serves as a key water source and shows heavy deer traffic.
Head further west down one of the three established trails, and you'll drop into the bottom where a seasonal creek runs north and south a great natural travel corridor for deer.
What really stands out about this place is the amount of thick bedding cover on both sides, giving it serious holding power. If you planted all 18 acres into green fields or rotated corn and soybeans while letting the grain stand through winter, this place would turn into a deer magnet.
Between the access, cover, food sources, and seclusion, this farm has everything you want in a recreational property. It's one you'll want to see in person if you're in the market for a quality turn key hunting farm near Quincy.

Located in southeast Adams County, this diverse property offers a mix of tillable acres, thick bedding habitat, established food plots, a hunting cabin, and a strong history of quality whitetails. There are approximately 50+/-acres of tillable farm ground, with approximately 41 acres in row crop production generating $8,775 annually, and another 6 acres planted to alfalfa and clover mix. The remaining acres are established food plots and fruit tree plantings to attract and hold wildlife year-round. A year-round creek runs through the heart of the property, providing a water source for wildlife throughout the year. The rolling topography, combined with natural funnels, pinch points, and strategically placed food plots, creates multiple ideal stand locations. The property also offers one of the most impressive trail camera and harvest pedigrees you'll find in Western Illinois. A small hunting cabin is located in the southwest corner of the property, complete with a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms, making a comfortable base for extended stays. The established trail network allows easy access throughout the property, and two-sided access from the west and south offers easy stand access for varying stand access. There is a hidden six-acre field in the north-central part of the property that would make a great destination food plot, expanding the already existing food plot.
