80 Acres with Trophy Deer Hunting & Potential Lake & Home Sites Franklin County
Property Highlights:
30 Acres of Tillable (makes over $5000 a year in income)
1 New Box Blind
50 Acres of Mature Timber with Decent Timber Value to the New Owner
5-10-Acre Potential Lake Site
Creek
Established Food Plot
This 80 acres in Franklin County, Illinois, is in an area that gets overlooked because it's surrounded by mostly agriculture, and as you can tell from the trail pics, the big bucks love that. I personally would put the tillable land in CRP warm season grasses for more bedding and security, and leave the food plot where the seller has placed it on the north, and I would put a second food plot in the timber or on the south side in the fields. There is a great location for a possible 5-10-acre lake and some potential spots for a cabin or home overlooking the lake site. I have personally seen a 190-200" non-typical velvet about 5-6 years ago, only 3/4 of a mile from this 80 acres, so I know it produces some really big deer.
