You do need permission to cut down a tree over 4 inches in diameter and the minimum building size is 1,000 sq. ft. You can bring in a mobile home but it has to be new.
The POA fees are $105 per year and cover quite a few things road maintenance, maintenance of the lodge (you get a discount) and stocking and maintaining the ponds. There is also an airport if you're a pilot!
