The two broiler houses each measure 40x500 and were built in 1994. The farm has received many updates in recent years and is currently under contract with Pilgrim's Chattanooga Complex, growing a 5-pound bird on a 42-day cycle. The farm grossed $120,000 in 2024.
The residential home on the property is a brick house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an unfinished basement. The kitchen features granite countertops, an island, and updated cabinets. The home is climate-controlled with HVAC and a central air unit.
The poultry houses are equipped with Rotem Platinum Plus controllers with CPU cards updated in 2022, a Rotem alarm system, brooders, Valco drinkers, Cumberland E feeders, solid side walls, and Turbo Growers mounted on a winch system. The lighting has been updated to LED, and the farm uses city water and LP gas. A freezer is in place for mortality management.
