All of the stands are easily accessible by standard UTV/ATV with a good trail system throughout. The duck slough is levee controlled to the north and the south by the neighboring property owners who work in conjunction with the owner of this parcel. The owner is allowed to pump water from the neighboring ponds when necessary/needed. A project to implement a new gate valve to provide water from a neighboring pond is planned for the near future.
